Any person can Join the Trust as a member /volunteer as long as they function within the requirements / rule and regulation of the Trust Members will have no voting powers.Whereas the above named settlor have decided to create and establish a trust to render CHARITABLE services in literacy, cultural, spiritual, social, educational, promotional activities to the deserving persons/institutions to render quality teaching to students in the field in deserving cases promote Odia languge literture, Culture and Whereas, the trustees  the life trustees have given their consent to be the trustees along with the Settlor/founder for administering the affairs of the Trust in accordance with the terms and conditions here in after provided. and Whereas the settlor above named to effectuate the solid objective of creating, establishing and managing the above mentioned trust, have settled or sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), irrevocably with intent to port with once his rights, titles, interests, claims, demands, profits therein and vest the same in the trustees to have and to hold the same together with all other movable and immovable property or properties that may be acquired out of the same or otherwise may hereafter be subject to the trust herein after referred to as The Trust Fund for the trust objectives and purposes and uses hereafter expressed with the powers and on the terms and conditions herein contained, concerning the same.
